POSITION SUMMARY:  The Construction Supervisor would be responsible for providing supervision for our construction team in Pennsylvania. 
  1. Manage daily construction crews
  2. Perform job site visits
  3. Prepare daily, weekly reports
  4. Customer Liaison
  5. Oversee maintenance of equipment
  6. Handle safety incident reporting
  7. Assist in employee disciplinary matters
  8. Set-up and organize equipment
  9. Available to staff, or customers for off hours urgent calls
  10. Other responsibilities as needed. 

Competencies

  1. High School Diploma, or equivalent required
  2. 5-10 years of Experience and knowledge of natural gas installation
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Previous supervisory experience a plus
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Excellent customer service skills
  7. Working knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
