POSITION SUMMARY: The Kiely Family of Companies is looking for a Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for assisting with the c of equipment for New Jersey construction operations.

  • Communicate and coordinate with Supervisors and field team members regarding fleet utilization
  • Understand inter-company rental system to ensure the equipment is being tracked and inputted properly
  • Daily collaboration with Fleet Manager to effectively utilize capacity of fleet and equipment
  • Analyze data from telematic reports
  • Analyze equipment hours on Vista timecards
  • Run existing reports in Fleetio  and or create new reports as needed
  • Use excel spread sheets to reconcile hours between Vista and Geotab (telematics)
  • Communicate with supervision when equipment hours are under or over reported on timecards
  • Other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES 

  • 1-3 years of dispatching experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Must have high attention to detail and consistently follow up on issues when required
  • Ability to act quickly, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Comfortable in a time sensitive, faced paced environment
  • Ability to schedule and follow through with tasks
  • Proficient in MS office products
