We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in a fast-paced environment with our Health & Safety Team in our Long Branch, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of administrative assistant responsibilities and excellent communication skills.

In this position, you will be traveling 5% of the time in and around the tri-state area.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be required to present data to management, agencies and/or clients. In order to gain a better understanding of the type of jobs and/or roles performed by Kiely employees, the team member may also be required to visit/perform inspections of job sites. The team member will be accompanied by another member of the Department during site visits.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Monday -Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm and as required to meet project deadlines.
